Overexposure to Valak robs the film of its suspense, relying on tired horror clichés and lacking innovation. Taissa Farmiga’s performance as Sister Irene adds depth, but the weak script limits her impact. Jonas Bloquet’s character adds emotional depth, but his storyline remains flat.
